Please be advised that from this Saturday, 10 February Chinese New Year celebrations will take place and many factories and offices will not return to work until the last week of February.

During this time, we will have limited staff support overseas. As a result, delays can be expected.

We recommend taking some or all the following precautions –

• Plan ahead: Anticipate potential delays and plan your shipments accordingly. Allow for additional transit time.

• Communication: Stay in close communication with your customers so disruption and delays may be anticipated by them.

• Documentation: Ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate to prevent delays with import processing.

• Alternative Routes: Consider alternative trade lanes or means of transport to avoid congested or heavily impacted areas.
