As per the global weather reports issued last week, there have been extreme weather conditions in the U.S. which resulted in many flight cancellations over the Thanksgiving weekend.

We were able to source alternative capacity for all affected shipments and your product is now travelling, albeit at a slight delay.

We expect an arrival early next week for these shipments and our import team will keep you updated closer to arrival.
