Frequently asked questions
B2B and Retail fulfilment is third-party warehousing, pick-and-pack, and shipping for online wholesalers and suppliers. You send us stock, we receive and store it, then dispatch orders directly to your business and retail customers.
Direct integrations with Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Squarespace, and major marketplaces including Amazon and eBay. Custom integrations available via API for bespoke storefronts.
Orders received before our daily cutoff leave the warehouse the same day. Cutoff times vary by depot, but most regions offer late-afternoon dispatch.
Returns ship back to the nearest depot. We inspect, restock sellable items, and quarantine or dispose of the rest per your rules. Refund-ready status syncs back to your store automatically.
Storage by cubic metre per month, pick-and-pack per order, and shipping at our rate-shopped carrier rates. No setup fees, no lock-ins, and pricing scales with order volume.
