Buyer’s consolidation
Combine purchase orders from multiple suppliers into a single shipment and dramatically lower your freight costs.

What is buyer’s consolidation?
Most importers receive goods from multiple suppliers, each shipping independently. Every order pays its own freight, books its own space, and clears customs in isolation.
Buyer’s consolidation flips that pattern. Suppliers deliver into one of our origin depots. We receive, check, and combine the orders into a single shipment back to you.
The result: lower freight cost per unit, fewer customs entries, easier GST handling, fewer invoices, and full visibility from PO to door. Available across air and ocean.
Combining suppliers into shared shipments unlocks wholesale rates. Customers typically save 15-35% over LCL and retail air freight.
Avoid half-full containers and unnecessary 20ft moves. We pack to maximum cube and weight before dispatch.
Multiple suppliers, a single inbound shipment. Less paperwork, fewer customs entries, faster reconciliation.
Schedule weekly or fortnightly sailings from each origin. Plan stock arrivals against your sales calendar.

Mode flexibility
Large consolidations might move by sea for the best cost-per-cube. Need part of an order in a hurry? Split it across modes from a single PO — all coordinated from the same portal account.
How it works
Replace email threads and spreadsheets. The Book Systems portal gives you live visibility on every PO, every supplier, and every container — from origin to delivery.
Invite suppliers into your portal account, or add them manually. Assign each supplier to one of our origin depots.
Buy direct from your suppliers using our depot as the ship-to address. Drop the PO into the portal so we know what to expect.
See each PO arrive at the depot in real time. Receive automatic alerts on partial deliveries, shortages, and damages.
When your cargo is ready, the portal proposes the optimal mode and container. Adjust, approve, or hold for the next sailing or flight.
We handle export, freight, customs, and final-mile delivery. One consolidated shipment arrives at your door with one invoice.

Buyer’s consolidation is the practice of combining purchase orders from multiple overseas suppliers into a single inbound shipment. Suppliers deliver goods to one of our origin depots, where we receive, check, and consolidate them before shipping to you.
Most customers save 15–35% on freight costs versus shipping each PO individually. Savings depend on volume, mode (sea, air, hybrid), and the number of suppliers being combined.
Origin depots in the USA, UK, China, Hong Kong, Australia, and New Zealand. We deliver consolidated shipments back to AU, NZ, UK, and US destinations.
Sea consolidations sail weekly or fortnightly from each origin and take 25–40 days port-to-port depending on lane. Air consolidations dispatch on shorter cycles and arrive in 5–8 days from origin.
No hard minimum. Smaller importers benefit most from consolidating across multiple suppliers. We’ll help you choose the right mode and cadence for your volume.
Book Systems handles export documentation, freight, customs clearance at destination, duties and taxes, and final-mile delivery. One consolidated entry per shipment, not per supplier.
