We have received guidance from carriers that the cost of aviation fuel and the ongoing war in the Middle East are causing increases to their operating costs.

Our air carrier has imposed a surcharge of GBP 0.50/kg for the UK – South Pacific trade lane.

Our contract courier and trucking operators are imposing Fuel Surcharges of between 30–45% in addition to the usual delivery charges.

We will honour all existing rates that are currently in place but will pass on these increases after 01 April 2026 if the disruptions to trade lanes and fuel supply continue after that date.
