U.S. shipments are also available and will be delivered once we have dealt with the huge back-log of cargo.

There has been some progress and we can report that our export shipments have now arrived at the destinations (most importantly Auckland).
We continue to wait for Qantas to locate our containers on the tarmac of Melbourne + Sydney airports and we will advise if further progress is made.

For the last seven days most export and import shipments handled by Qantas at Australian airports have not left the country or cleared Customs but are still sitting on the various hardstands/tarmac areas at Australian International Airports. There are now some 10,000 containers which require final clearance/electronic recognition in order to be moved.
Please be guided by the attached and we continue our efforts to have your shipments on their way at the earliest possibility.
